HOW IT BEGIN

STEPP was organized in 1997 as a cooperative effort of a small group of concerned pet professionals.

WHAT IT IS

STEPP is an organization formed to advance all pet professionals, by conducting educational meetings, distributing informational materials and by promoting and cooperating with other organizations involved with companion animals.

THE BENEFITS

STEPP offers an opportunity to exchange ideas and information with other involved with companion animals. It is also a way to provide educational materials and information through newsletters, workshops, and meetings. Members will be informed of legislative issues and actions which may affect them, giving them the opportunity to voice their opinions and concerns pertaining to such legislation.

Members will be listed in the state Pet Directory, which will be distributed throughout the state of Arkansas. All STEPP members must maintain current applicable licenses and agree to uphold the high standards proposed by STEPP.

TO JOIN

Dues are $35.00 per calendar year, due on or before December 31 in order to be included in the directory. The Pet Directory is published annually.
